LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks an RN to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced 28-bed Minimally Invasive PCU, handling postoperative and intermediate care cases. You will assess, plan, and educate in collaboration with families and the care team.

The role offers day and night shifts, a sign-on bonus up to $15,000, and comprehensive benefits within a collaborative team focused on surgical and progressive care nursing growth.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience not mandatory, but less than 2 years preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills.
• Ability to work safely in a safety-sensitive position.

Responsibilities

• Conducts frequent assessments and monitors patient status closely.
• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Educates patients and families on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Promotes patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluates physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducts frequent assessments and monitors patient status closely.
• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Educates patients and families on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Promotes patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluates physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers.
• Participates in professional development and teamwork in a supportive environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Educationally, a Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree is necessary; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience is not mandatory, but less than 2 years is preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills.
• Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a safety-sensitive position.
