Clinical Nurse - Medical Oncology Office Practice (MSK Nassau)

Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Join our team as a Clinical Nurse in Ambulatory Office Practice Services. We're looking for a dynamic nursing professional eager to showcase compassionate, evidence-based nursing care skills and make a meaningful impact in our MSK Basking Ridge site.

Role Overview:

+ Work within a Nurse-Physician/APP based Ambulatory Care Practice Model

+ Provide clinical support to staff members, and assist with the management of a caseload of Medical Oncology patients

+ Perform triage for patients face to face and via telephone

+ Perform patient assessment, offer patient and family education and symptom management

+ Act as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide continuity of care throughout various stages of treatment and follow-up

Key Qualifications:

+ New York State RN license

+ 1.5-2 years of Medical oncology experience highly preferred

+ Ambulatory care experience preferred

+ Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft, Outlook, EPIC preferred

+ Schedule: 4x10-hour days flexed Monday – Friday 8AM-6PM
