Qualifications

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license.
• Experience: No prior experience required; two years of experience and supervisor experience are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care; developing individualized care plans; educating patients and families on illness management and post-treatment needs; promoting patient safety and quality standards; and participating in professional development activities.
• Utilize critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural backgrounds.
• Work collaboratively with an interprofessional team to ensure seamless communication and care continuity.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and promote a healing, patient-centered environment.
