Working both independently and collaboratively with hospital leadership and corporate partners, this role provides operational, clinical, and administrative leadership for the site.* Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, developing and maintaining staff schedules, and ensuring adequate staffing and equipment are available to meet patient care needs. The Clinical Nurse Manager is accountable for developing, managing, and monitoring departmental budgets to support operational and financial goals.* This position also provides direct patient care as needed based on patient volume and staffing requirements.
