Wellington Regional Medical Center in Wellington, FL, is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) for Labor & Delivery. This full-time, day position offers full benefits and opportunities for leadership within a high-quality women’s services unit.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, teamwork, patient-centered care, and adherence to the facility's mission and core standards. A BSN is preferred, and Florida RN licensure with BLS/ACLS are required or preferred per specialty.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program; BSN preferred.
• Current Florida state nursing license.
• Certification in area of specialty preferred.
• Minimum three years' experience in acute care Women's Services.
• One to three years supervisory experience preferred.
• Current American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, or required specialty training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary team members and provide clinical and administrative leadership.
• Direct and facilitate staff in achieving safe, optimal health care outcomes.
• Support activities that meet the facility vision, mission and goals.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Promote patient-centered care and Service Excellence at all times.

Assumes responsibility and accountability for coordinating the activities and providing clinical and administrative leadership and expertise in one or more defined areas of the facility. Coordinates multi-disciplinary team members, directs and facilitates staff in obtaining safe, optimal health care outcomes. Supports activities that meet the facility vision, mission and goals. Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. Understands that patient-centered care provides the foundation for all nursing activities. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times.
