Covelo Group in Los Angeles is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) to lead school-based nursing teams. The role blends clinical leadership with hands-on patient care, mentoring nurses, and guiding clinical programs across districts.

You will supervise onboarding, CPR training, performance development, and quality improvement initiatives, while collaborating with the Director of Clinical Services. Hybrid work includes remote days, office time, and occasional site visits.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary clinical resource for school nurses and healthcare staff.

• Visit school sites to provide hands-on clinical support, education, and coaching.

• Participate in hiring, coaching, and performance management for nursing staff.
• Collaborate with school districts to ensure high standards of clinical care.

As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you'll be part of Covelo Group's internal Clinical Services team in Los Angeles, working alongside our Director of Clinical Services to support, mentor, and develop the nurses who provide healthcare in school settings. Rather than being assigned to one campus, you'll help strengthen nursing practice across multiple school districts through clinical guidance, training, quality improvement, and hands‑on support.

This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys coaching others, solving clinical challenges, and making a broader impact than they could in a traditional bedside role.

What You'll Bring

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous leadership experience as a Nurse Manager, Clinical Supervisor, Charge Nurse, Clinical Educator, Lead RN, or similar role
• Strong clinical judgment and confidence supporting other healthcare professionals
• Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to travel to school sites throughout the assigned region
• Experience in school nursing, pediatrics, public health, or community health is a big plus
