Job summary

The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) seeks a Nursing Leader to organize and direct nursing units, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient operations in Anchorage. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, oversee staffing, and drive continuous improvement in patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include budget monitoring, staff development, and adherence to regulatory standards. A BSN is required with 3+ years of supervisory clinical nursing experience; Alaska RN license

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required.
  • Three (3) years of increasing responsibility in clinical nursing, including supervisory experience.
  • Current Alaska RN license and BLS certification are required.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and direct the work of nursing units and programs under intermittent supervision.
  • Coordinate staff to provide effective nursing services and maintain quality standards.
  • Assist with development of the department budget and monitor expenses.
  • Implement Shared Governance model of nursing practice and promote professional development.
