The Clinical Nurse Manager will utilize their knowledge, skills, and expertise to support the daily operations of the clinical unit effectively.
The responsibilities include:
Kelemen 10 is a medical-surgical unit caring for patients with diverse needs and disease processes. Both North and South 10 units are equipped with Telemetry capabilities, each housing 36 patients, with a maximum capacity of 72 patients.
South 10 includes a 12-bed Intermediate Care Unit (INCU) staffed with critically care-trained RNs to support ventilated patients.
The unit features 2 negative pressure isolation rooms with an anteroom for specific isolation needs.
We conduct multidisciplinary rounds Monday through Friday, involving patients in their care and fostering collaboration among team members to ensure optimal care and appropriate discharge planning. A pharmacist is available on-site to assist RNs and help prevent delays in care.
