Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager for Cardiac Medical Telemetry at Glenbrook Hospital in Glenview, IL. This full-time role requires a current IL nursing license, a BSN, and 3+ years of clinical leadership experience.

Master’s degree preferred; BLS/CPR required with national certification preferred. The position entails 24/7 accountability for nursing practice, daily operations, and fiscal management, with days and rotating hours and opportunities for professional development

Hourly Pay Range: $50.64 - $78.49 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights

What you will need

• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL required.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
• Master’s degree in Nursing, Business or a Healthcare related discipline preferred.
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification required, National certification preferred in Medical Surgical or another specialty.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in relevant clinical setting required.
• Previous management experience preferred with demonstrated progressive clinical leadership.
• Skills: Acute care inpatient Medical Surgical and Neurology experience preferred.
• Ability to manage relationships, patient outcomes, communication, and conflict effectively.

• Advances practice through the development of innovations and change principles.
