American Oncology Network, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our oncology nursing team in Maryland. The role focuses on directing staffing, coordinating patient care, and advancing staff development to uphold excellent standards.

The position offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities to work with a leader in community-based oncology. You will report to the Medical Director and collaborate across centers to ensure safe, high-quality care while managing daily clinical

Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN License in Maryland or multi-state licensure.
• Oncology Nurse certification (OCN) preferred.
• Valid state Driver’s License for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings.
• Three (3) years of nursing leadership experience preferred.
• Five (5) years of experience in healthcare in a clinic or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily clinical operations to ensure safe, compliant, high-quality patient care.
• Direct staffing and workflow for nurses and clinical support teams; coach, educate, and develop staff.
• Coordinate emergency response as needed and ensure regulatory compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of regulations, policies, procedures, and job standards while supporting priorities and projects.
