The Clinical Nurse Manager, working with Nurse Managers, is accountable for supervising nursing services for specific units to ensure safe, effective, and efficient care. This role is part of the Management Team, responsible for assigning, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating clinical care within the units. Performance is measured against objective criteria, including staff competence and ability to deliver quality care.
The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a current, unrestricted license in the assigned state. A BSN or MSN is preferred. Candidates should have at least two (2) years of relevant experience, with five (5) years preferred, demonstrating management potential and clinical proficiency.
