How you will make an impact :

• As the Clinical Nurse Manager at Golden Lodge Assisted Living & Memory Care, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health care needs of all residents are met.
• You will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality resident care.
• In collaboration with the Director of Wellness, you will manage care delivery, conduct resident assessments, maintain accurate medical records, and develop individualized care plans.
• This position includes supervising and training staff, coordinating care with physicians and external providers, and ensuring compliance with all state assisted living regulations.
• The role requires schedule flexibility, confidentiality, emergency responsiveness, and oversight of infection control protocols, as well as active involvement in policy development and survey readiness.

Schedule :

• This is a full-time position, with occasional on-call requirements.

What you will need :

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensein the state of Colorado (required).
• Minimum of1 year of experience in a related field(required). Excellentcommunication, organizational, and problem-solvingskills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively withresidents, families, staff, and external healthcare providers.
• Passion forsenior care and person-centered services.
