Qualifications

• Licensed as LPN or RN or both.
• Experience in direct patient care.
• Ability to perform patient intake and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient assessment and intake.
• Coordinate with office staff to monitor and adjust scheduling and workloads.
• Take vital signs and document in EMR.
• Administer medications and vaccines as ordered.
• Assist with procedures and basic nursing tasks.
• Provide health education and patient counseling.
• Maintain accuracy of medical records and immunization data.
