The Expert Institute seeks a Legal Nurse Consultant to serve as an expert clinical resource and intake specialist for complex medical cases. You will gather case details and help assemble the most suitable experts for cases, with an emphasis on accurate medical chronology and standard of care analysis.

Responsibilities include real-time case intakes, chart reviews, and supporting researchers and MDs with literature searches and case settlements using LexisNexis Medical Navigator.

Qualificações

• RN or NP required.
• Strong clinical knowledge required.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal.
• Teamwork and collaboration are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct real-time intakes on cases to identify best experts.
• Perform real-time chart reviews focusing on standard of care and physician documentation for chronologies.
• Assist researchers on Expert Search by reviewing expert answers and bios for quality and fit in medical malpractice and personal injury cases.
• Assist in-house MDs with primary research, including literature searches using LexisNexis Medical Navigator.
