Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serves as a highly engaged partner on the care team and responds to needs for assistance.
• Leads interdisciplinary rounds to facilitate appropriateness of care and smooth transitions.
• Applies the nursing process to meet clinical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
• Identifies opportunities for quality improvement and patient experience improvements.
