Qualifications

• BSN or related field; candidate in the process of completing may be considered.
• Current CT RN license is required.
• Charge nurse or supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work to ensure safe and efficient patient care.
• Review assignment of patient care activities and ensure staff are qualified to care for assigned patients.
• Support team members and collaborate with manager to monitor and maintain staff performance.
