Qualifications

• BSN required for Nursing leadership role.
• CT RN license required or eligible.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in nursing leadership preferred.
• Additional specialty certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise patient care and clinical staff.
• Oversee daily unit operations and staffing.
• Manage payroll and colleague scheduling.
