Job summary

Westchester Medical Center Health Network in New York seeks a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care using the Nursing Process. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for assigned patients and families, coordinating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality of care.

The RN will document outcomes, participate in unit-based QA projects, and support discharge planning and patient education. NY State RN licensure and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Completes thorough patient assessments addressing pathophysiologic and psychosocial needs.
• Identifies nursing diagnoses from assessment data.
• Develops data-driven individualized plan-of-care.
• Documents patient progress and interventions in hospital records.
