Qualifications

• Must possess a current, active, and unencumbered LPN or RN license in PA.
• Minimum of five years of nursing experience required.
• At least two years of supervisory or leadership experience in a long-term care or subacute healthcare facility required.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility and accountability for resident care on the assigned unit.
• Oversee and coordinate resident care on the unit.
• Monitor clinical conditions and ensure timely reporting of incidents.
• Participate in committees, programs, and initiatives for quality improvement.
• Contribute to development and implementation of new policies.
• Provide leadership and support to nursing staff.
• Participate in on-call and holiday rotation schedules.
