Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking an RN to provide direct patient care in home settings. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care aligned with nursing standards, educating patients and families on illness management and post-treatment care.

Qualifications

• RN licensure and a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree.

• Labor & Delivery experience is a plus; no supervisory requirement.
