The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center is a leading institution focused on cancer care, research, education, and prevention. The Clinical Nurse role at UT MD Anderson supports the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care across the continuum, aligning with the organization's mission to eliminate cancer in Texas, the nation, and the world.

Within the Interventional Radiology Department, the Clinical Nurse serves as a critical member of the interprofessional team. The Clinical Nurse coordinates care, optimizes patient outcomes, and maintains evidence-based standards. The Clinical Nurse also advocates for patients and families while organizing care team workflows and supporting operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and at least two years of experience in Interventional Radiology, procedural care, Emergency Room, or Intensive Care Unit settings, along with demonstrated ability to deliver evidence-based care, collaborate across disciplines, and support patient-centered outcomes.

Shift/Hours:

There are two shifts available

• Monday - Friday / Saturday rotation and On-Call / 0730 - 1800
• Monday - Friday / Saturday rotation and On-Call / 0930 - 2000

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

All clinical nurses with less than one year of registered nurse (RN) work experience will be required to participate in the Clinical Nurse Residency Program.
