Role Responsibilities
  • Implement and practice according to the City of Hope Professional Practice Model to deliver excellent care.
  • Align with the mission and values of City of Hope, and focus on patient, family, and community needs.
  • Carry out the nursing process, coordinate interdisciplinary care, document according to standards, and ensure patient and caregiver understanding of care plans and outcomes.
  • Act as a change agent, committed to lifelong learning, professional development, and embodying organizational and nursing values.
Qualifications

Your qualifications should include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nursing, or a diploma/Associate Degree with a plan to obtain a BSN within three years of hire.
  • 3+ years of nursing experience.
  • Current CA RN License.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
