Sign-on Bonus: $20,000

City of Hope is seeking a dedicated and experienced nurse to join our Evaluation Treatment Center team. As a nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes in our outpatient urgent care setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver care in accordance with the City of Hope Professional Practice Model, ensuring service excellence.
  2. Carry out the nursing process aligned with the organization's mission and values, coordinating interdisciplinary care, documenting according to standards, and validating patient and caregiver understanding of care plans.
  3. Act as a change agent, committed to lifelong learning, professional development, and embodying City of Hope’s organizational and professional nursing values.
  4. Work hours: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Night shifts).
  5. Full-time, 12-hour shifts, 3 days a week.
Qualifications:

Your qualifications should include:

  • 3-5 years of experience in an acute care and/or outpatient setting.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • California RN License.
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications through the American Heart Association.

Note: Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and work location.
