Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Science (Required).
• BSN from an accredited school of nursing or equivalent experience.
• More than 15 months relevant professional nursing experience and completion of the Nurse Residency Program, if applicable.
• Registered Nurse - PA licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care as a full partner on the health care team and consistently demonstrates safe practice.
• Apply the nursing process independently and be accountable for the care of assigned patients.
• Collaborate with interprofessional health care team to facilitate coordination of care across the continuum.
• Demonstrate competencies in Continuous Quality Improvement, Evidence Based Practice, Leadership, and Teamwork.
