Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) is seeking a Clinical Nurse II to join Farr 3, a 30-bed adult medical-surgical unit. The RN provides direct patient care, coordinates care with the interprofessional team, and demonstrates independent clinical judgment for complex patients.

Required: BSN preferred, graduate of an accredited nursing program, RN license, and BLS certification. 1–3 years of acute care experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
• Active RN license required.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and nursing judgments.
• Coordinate care and direct assistive personnel for safe, efficient care.
• Collaborate with health professionals to determine patient needs and advocate for patients.
• Maintain annual education requirements and pursue professional development.
