UC Health in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Clinical Nurse I (RN) to promote and restore patients' health through nursing care and collaboration with physicians and the healthcare team.

The CN I uses nursing principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, supporting patients and families with physical and psychological needs, and applying evidence-based practice to improve outcomes.

Formación

• ASN required from an accredited nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• Licensed RN in Ohio.
• NCI-APS Certification must be obtained within 90 days for Psychiatric Services.

Responsabilidades

• Engages in population appropriate communication and education.
• Administers medications and operates equipment safely.
• Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
• Identifies patient needs and deploys interventions.
• Maintains patient safety and confidentiality according to standards.
