Qualifications

• Required: ASN from an accredited school of Nursing.
• Preferred: BSN from an accredited school of Nursing; Ohio RN licensure; current BLS/ACLS/PALS as per department requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care using the ANCC Synergy Model to drive patient outcomes.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate culturally based, age-specific patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams; advocate for patients and families.
• Engage in clinical judgment, learning, and continual improvement in practice.
