We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Flex Nurse to join our team on an as-needed basis. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality nursing care across both day and night shifts, depending on staffing needs.
Qualifications include: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent, with at least one year of nursing experience, current Colorado RN license or multistate license, BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
Responsibilities include: Providing family-centered care, collaborating effectively within teams, integrating evidence-based practices, participating in quality improvement, ensuring safety, utilizing informatics, demonstrating leadership, and adhering to organizational guidelines.
The role involves working with diverse patient populations, from neonates to adults, and requires physical ability to stand/walk for long periods, lift up to 35 pounds, and work in environments with exposure to blood, infectious diseases, and heights.
