Mount Sinai Morningside is seeking a Clinical Nurse to provide safe, evidence-based nursing care to a designated patient group. You will apply the nursing process, assess needs, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver and evaluate a comprehensive plan of care.

The role emphasizes patient and family education, effective communication, and adherence to safety and quality standards, within the Mount Sinai Relationship Centered Care model. A BSN is preferred.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing program and NY RN licensure.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or active enrollment in BSN program with planned graduation.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) with RN licensure acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers safe, competent patient care based on nursing theory and research.
• Assesses patient care needs and applies critical thinking in management.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to develop and evaluate care plans.
