Description

We are seeking a Nurse Educator responsible for clinical education, training, and support across all Illuminus senior living communities, including CNA instruction, CBRF instruction, and other training opportunities. If you enjoy building connections and helping individuals grow, this is a great opportunity to fulfill those desires.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Director of Learning and Development to align learning activities with company mission, vision, and values.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate ongoing clinical training.
• Develop educational training based on regulatory changes or staff needs.
• Identify and schedule annual clinical required training, ensuring staff compliance and documentation.
• Utilize multiple adult learning methodologies for educational opportunities.
• Oversee the Illuminus Institute Nurse Aide Training program, including being a Nurse Aide Training Instructor.
• Manage CBRF training/certification and coordinate CPR training.
• Develop annual clinical Skills Fair for nursing staff.
• Manage Clinical Audit Tools.
• Work with the Director of Learning on program evaluation and feedback.

Requirements

• Licensed RN in Wisconsin in good standing.
• Minimum two years' experience, with at least one year in a nursing home setting.
• Two-three years of education/training experience, preferably with adult learners.
• Knowledge of geriatric nursing and long-term care.
• Experience designing educational programs and working with teams preferred.
