Qualifications

• BSN degree and active RN licensure in state.
• Master's degree in nursing or enrollment in MSN program within 1 year of hire; complete within 3 years.
• Nursing Professional Development certification preferred or equivalent specialty certification.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and evaluates clinical education programs for staff and patients.
• Collaborates with Nursing Managers to ensure standards of care and practice.
• Supports orientation, onboarding, and residency programs for newly licensed nurses.
• Organizes in-services on new products and equipment and tracks competency.
• Promotes evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives.
