Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a clinician to educate healthcare providers and patients, support access and reimbursement, and collaborate with partners to expand patient education programs. The role requires an active RN license, the ability to travel up to 15%, and residency within the territory.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree (BSN preferred), with 3–5 years in account management or patient education, and may have experience in MS, asthma, urticaria, or food allergy

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.
• BSN preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• 3–5 years in account management or patient education preferred.
• Previous patient-facing clinical experience in MS/asthma/urticaria; food allergy a plus.
• Injection Training and Infusion experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Educate patients and caregivers about what to expect before, during and after IV infusion.
• Educate patients on self-injection training.
• Provide patient-level reimbursement and access support services.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to inform appropriate prescribers and staff on education offerings.
• Strategize with territory partners to identify education opportunities.
