Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions seeks a clinician educator to provide clinical expertise to healthcare providers and patients, guiding IV infusion experiences, self-injection training, and patient access support. You will collaborate with territory partners and travel up to 15% while advocating for education opportunities within the territory.

We require a Bachelor’s degree and an active RN license in good standing; BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and caregivers who have opted to elect CEM education on what to expect before, during and after an HCP has delivered IV infusion.
• Educate patients and caregivers on self-injection training.
• Provide patient-level reimbursement and access support services directly to the patient.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners, providing in-services to inform prescribers and staff on patient education offerings per brand guidance.
• Strategize with territory partners to determine education opportunities.
