Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by accrediting bodies.
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted RN license in US or equivalent.
• Experience in or exposure to clinical education and staff development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all elements of the nursing process in staff education.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate educational needs of clinical staff.
• Deliver and supervise education programs aligned with adult learning principles.
