The Clinical Nurse Educator is responsible for the design, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of educational programs that support clinical excellence, professional development, and regulatory compliance across the hospital. This role promotes evidence-based practice, supports onboarding and competency validation, and partners with nursing leadership to enhance patient outcomes, staff engagement, and workforce development.
The Clinical Nurse Educator serves as a clinical expert, mentor, and change agent, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth aligned with organizational goals, accreditation standards, and quality/safety initiatives. Additionally, Translates clinical knowledge into effective learning experiences that promote knowledge acquisition, skill development, clinical competency, and application to practice.
