Job summary

Main Line Health seeks a Structural Heart Clinical Coordinator to support the Structural Heart Program. Under the direction of the program manager, the coordinator collaborates with physicians and staff to ensure evidence-based care, coordinate evaluations, scheduling, and documentation across the patient continuum.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing, PA RN licensure, and at least 5 years of cardiac/cardiovascular experience with leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years recent/current experience in cardiac surgery or cardiovascular care with demonstrated expert clinical leadership abilities.
• Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates patient care across the continuum within the Structural Heart Program.
• Supports patient evaluations, multidisciplinary case reviews, and procedure scheduling.
• Manages registry and maintains clinical documentation.
• Delivers education to patients, families, providers and staff; supports program initiatives and device-specific training.

Position:

Clinical Coordinator, Structural Heart Program

Shift:

Monday- Friday day shift. Procedural days are Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 7AM-5:30PM. Tuesday & Friday are administrative days.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years recent/current experience in cardiac surgery or cardiovascular care with demonstrated expert clinical leadership abilities. Expert knowledge of current evaluation, treatment and management of surgical and/or transcatheter for patients with cardiovascular disease.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.

Licensures/Certifications:

Current Pennsylvania state license as a Registered Nurse.
