Evidence-Based Practice - develops standards of care and clinical pathways.
Nursing Educational Programs - develops content to augment nursing knowledge and skills; evaluates outcomes.
Placement of Nursing students - assists in orientation and placement, mentors students.
Professional growth - maintains certification and pursues ongoing development.
Research, Policies and Procedures - guides revisions of standards and facilitates dissemination across the department.
