Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate unit functions. You will collaborate with leadership, direct nursing care, serve as a resource, and model organizational values.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and evaluate patient care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Engage positively with staff, patients, families, and the community.
• Assist with staff scheduling and manage staffing needs.
• Inspire commitment to organizational values and represent the hospital positively.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (diploma, associates, or BSN).
• Current RN license in Texas or Multi-State Compact; if compact, obtain Texas license within 60 days.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Minimum two years healthcare experience; preferred BSN and three years experience.
