Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (RN) PACU/Recovery to ensure high-quality, efficient patient care. Join our supportive team that values patient care as much as you do. Apply now!

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate all functions in the PACU/Recovery Room during your shift.
  • Monitor and evaluate nursing care according to policies and procedures, serve as a resource for staff, and embody the organization’s values to support excellent patient experiences and outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
  • Current RN license in Texas or Multi-State Compact; if using a compact license, obtain Texas license within 90 days.
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association required.
  • ACLS and PALS certifications required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Recovery Room setting required; charge nurse experience preferred.
