Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality, patient-centered care and unit coordination during their shift. Collaborating with management, the CNC monitors, evaluates, and supports nursing care, models our values, and contributes to excellent patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with admissions and discharges for efficient, quality care.
• Assessing and improving the quality of care in collaboration with the management team.
• Fostering teamwork and supporting service improvement initiatives.
• Engaging in service recovery and supporting a patient-first philosophy.
• Supporting nursing strategies like employee rounding and engagement initiatives.
• Participating in staff hiring, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
• Managing staff scheduling, supplies, and equipment inventory.

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• At least 1 year of applicable experience.
• Current RN license in the state of practice or active compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS/BCLS) certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
