You will collaborate with managers, assist with admissions, scheduling, training, and inventory, while upholding patient-first philosophy and service recovery when needed. Requires RN, BLS within 30 days, and 2 years’ experience.

Qualifications

• RN (Registered Nurse) with active license
• BLS certification within 30 days of start date
• Bachelor's Degree required

Responsibilities

• Assists with admission and discharge processes for efficient throughput
• Collaborates with management to assess and improve patient care quality
• Supports staff scheduling and labor management
• Provides training and development recommendations to staff
• Manages inventory and supplies to support unit operations
• Upholds patient-first philosophy and engages in service recovery when needed
