Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination during the designated shift. In collaboration with management, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care, serves as a resource, and models our organizational values to support an exceptional patient experience and clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities include:
  • Assisting with admission and discharge processes for efficient patient throughput.
  • Assessing quality of care collaboratively.
  • Creating a teamwork environment with management and staff.
  • Supporting a patient-first approach and service recovery.
  • Operationalizing nursing strategies like employee rounding and hourly rounds.
  • Participating in staff hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Managing staff scheduling and supply inventory.
Qualifications:
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (must be obtained within 30 days of employment).
  • Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or RN Diploma.
