Job summary

Mary's Center Adelphi Clinic seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to support the clinical team in assessing, planning, and implementing patient care. The role provides direct participant care while supervising Medical Assistants as needed and acts as a clinical team leader across the site.

This position reports to the Nurse Manager, may supervise staff, and participates in quality assurance, patient education, vaccine programs, and coordination of patient flow.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with license in MD or DC and BSN preferred.
• Experience in community health settings serving immigrant populations a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish/English highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist Nurse Manager in ensuring clinic efficiency and scheduling.
• Lead patient care planning, care coordination and education.
• Supervise Medical Assistants as needed and support providers.
• Participate in vaccine program and QA activities.
• Coordinate referrals, labs, imaging results, and prescriptions.
