Master’s Degree in Nursing, Business or other health related field preferred* **Certification:**CPR Card BLS from the AHA* **Experience:**Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an appropriate clinical setting required, proven leadership skills. Must have mother baby and labor and delivery experience* **Skills:** Leadership, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. Must demonstrate competency in care of all patient age groups specific to unit/specialty.**What you will do:*** The Clinical Coordinator has accountability for the outcomes of care for patients in their specific clinical care area. The Coordinator guides and directs a group of nurse led patient care teams in providing high quality, individualized care to the patient and family, preparing them for discharge to home or other level of care.
