Ensure compliance with established clinical protocols, safety standards, and the delivery of high-quality care.* Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff. Manage staff schedules, assignments, and performance evaluations. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.* Oversee the delivery of patient-centered care within the unit. Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement care plans, address patient inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly.* Lead quality improvement initiatives within the unit. Participate in audits and compliance efforts, identify areas for enhancement, and implement corrective actions to improve patient outcomes.* Efficiently manage unit resources, including staffing, supplies, equipment, and budget allocation. Monitor and control expenses while maintaining high care standards.* Ensure strict adherence to all state and federal regulations, as well as hospital policies and procedures, within the unit.
