Job summary

Endeavor Health in Glenview, IL seeks an experienced Clinical Nurse Coordinator for Interventional Radiology at Glenbrook Hospital. The role is full-time with potential on-call rotations, leading a nursing team and ensuring care quality in a fast-paced unit.

You will provide clinical leadership, manage schedules, and coordinate bed placement while upholding safety protocols. BSN preferred; BLS/CPR and ACLS required. Competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• BSN or MSN preferred with nursing leadership experience.
• Current BLS/CPR and ACLS certification required.
• Experience in interventional radiology or acute care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff within the unit.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards and delivery of care.
• Function as department charge nurse; assign rooms, relieve staff for meals, coordinate bed transfers.
• Lead daily huddles and coordinate unit scheduling.
• Rotate into patient care as needed and manage staff schedules.

Hourly Pay Range:

$45.21 - $70.08 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

• Position: Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Interventional Radiology
• Location: Glenbrook Hospital
• Full Time/Part Time: Full time
• Hours: Monday-Friday-may rotate into on-call

What you will do:

• Provide Clinical Guidance and leadership to nursing staff within the unit.
• Ensure compliance with established clinical protocols, safety standards and delivery of care
• Function as the department charge nurse; assign staff to rooms, relieve staff for meal breaks, coordinate bed transfer/inpatient bed placement, scheduling ad-on cases
• Lead daily huddle
• Rotates into patient care as needed
• Manage staff schedules

What you will need:

• Education: Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing or Masters degree in Nursing or Health Care Administration preferred
• Certification: BLS/CPR, ACLS from Americal Heart Association required
