Job summary

Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas is hiring a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to deliver high quality, patient-centered care and coordinate unit functions with the management team.

You will partner with multidisciplinary teams, assist with admissions and discharges, support outcomes initiatives, provide coaching and training, and help with staff scheduling to sustain exceptional patient experiences. This role requires RN license and ACLS/BLS within stated periods.

Qualifications

• ACLS certification required within 90 days.
• BLS certification required within 30 days.
• RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, and deliver high quality patient-centered care.
• Assist with admissions and discharge processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to staff.
• Assist with staff scheduling.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies. The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience.

What you will do in this role:

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.

• Assist with admission and discharge processes.

• Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.

• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.

• Assist with staff scheduling.

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
