Job summary

Research Medical Center is seeking an RN to oversee nursing operations on the assigned unit, ensuring optimal patient care and coordination with the leadership team. This role supports the director with shift coverage and clinical leadership in a dynamic hospital setting.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license with ACLS and BCLS, a RN Diploma, and at least two years of experience. Travel is not required; opportunities for professional growth are available within our comprehensive benefit

Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained within 1 year of start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• RN qualification required (Registered Nurse).
• Registered Nurse Diploma is required.
• No Travel Required.
• 2 years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate unit functions on assigned shifts under supervision.
• Collaborate with unit management to assess and maintain quality patient care services.
