Summary: We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) for the Emergency Room who will oversee and coordinate unit operations during assigned shifts. The CNC collaborates with the management team to ensure high standards of patient care and staff performance are maintained.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all nursing functions on designated shifts.
• Monitor patient conditions, report changes, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Support and educate patients and families throughout the care process.
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree required.
• Minimum 2-3 years of ER RN experience & prior charge nurse experience required.
