Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality, patient-centered care and manages all functions during the shift. In collaboration with management, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care, serves as a resource, and models our organization’s values to support excellent patient outcomes and departmental performance.

What you will do in this role:

• Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and quality care.
• Participate in assessing the quality of patient care services.
• Collaborate to create a teamwork environment supporting improved outcomes.
• Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery.
• Help improve staff engagement through strategies like employee rounding and hourly rounds.
• Contribute to staff hiring, training, conflict resolution, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Assist with staff scheduling and manage inventory and supplies.

Qualifications needed:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
• RN (Registered Nurse) license.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree.
